Safe to say that the heart of the ISBMUN’23 lies in the being of the passionate, distinguished, and incandescent Hariram Chembra. With his unwavering spirit, he is easily among the most inspiring and refreshing people to be with to lift your spirits with the brightest ideas. He enjoys having a good time and making new friends and leaves a lasting imprint of being kind, genuine, and ambitious. Full of creativity and devotion, he is filled with love for R&T. He envisions the experience of MUNs almost like a puzzle, from the researching to the learning and debating, it is an experience so unique and fills him with deep joy.

Hitha Shetty
Head of Finance
Just as her name suggests, Hitha Shetty has a heart and willpower, fit to face the challenges and tasks she’s faced with. She is sharp, well-grounded, trustworthy, and fit to handle money and setting financial budgets. With her witty personality and smiles and giggles plenty, we adore our Head of Finance dearly. Her effort and soul devoted to her role are admirable and significant, and we are ever so grateful. Her sincerity and dutifulness in her role are a testament to how much of an essential asset she is to the team. Her superpowers include her ability to work under pressure with no reduction in her professionalism or leadership. Social and curious, the atmosphere around them becomes warm as soon as she walks in.

Sreelakshmi Manoj

Sreelakshmi’s your Noah.’ With her mesmerizing charm and excitable presence parallel to her bold, confident, and resourceful being, she is proud to uphold the legacy of ISBMUN and contribute to its flourishment. Colorfully vivid and enthusiastic, she brightens a spark strong enough to light up a room. Her ability to work around challenges in a way made so simplified showcases how essential she is to the role that she plays with so much gentility, care, and thought of mind. Her lovely, inviting, and humorous entity, makes her a proud asset to the team.
Daniel T Mathew
Head of Media
Don’t let his friendly smile and introverted aura fool you because, our Head of Media, Daniel is a leader by all words with pure talent and an admirable work dynamic, as he quotes, “I don’t give up until I give it my very best”. Managing his team with a fair and open mind, valuing the time and opinion of all his team members, he lays the foundation of the virtual designs and social media content for ISBMUN. Amidst the pursuit of his passion for graphic design and editing through gaining experiences and honing his skills, MUN as he quotes “opened my eyes to the importance of deadlines and team management”. With a humble tone, he addresses the upcoming delegates,
“Whatever ideas you get, just go with it and don’t think too much about it”.
Christina Susan
Head of Public Relations
To end her ISBMUN journey with a bang, Christina Susan, your usual goofy and fun-loving student of ISB is the esteemed Head of Public Relations, playing a monopoly over the relations of ISBMUN with the outside world. She elucidates the charm of a teenager while peaking professionalism in the apt moments. Her exquisite taste in books and music is not the only complementary aspect of her but her enchanting skill in socializing and interaction, contributing a great deal to the table with her exceptional talent to work under pressure, unfolding creativity in crucial last minutes and bringing her team together to work towards, as she quotes “a legen-(wait for it*)dary, A LEGENDARY MUN!!!!".
Nikhil Waghnani
Head of Security
Bold with his presence, Nikhil exhibits his charisma and abilities to interact, help and guide. He works to make a change and help people grow and improve. He finds joy in making new friends and is empathetic and understanding. Being a firm believer in unity and inclusivity makes him both a great leader and team player. His passion for boxing extends to the point where he considers it a point of rebirth in his life, giving him a new meaning of resilliance. Sociable and inviting, he is quick-witted and makes himself available to be a helping hand, executing the tasks at hand with efficiency and surpassing the standards.

Keerthana Kannan
Head of Procedures
They say the kindest souls are the brightest stars in the sky, then she would be the Sirius, Keerthana Kannan is our Head of Procedures, with a caring smile and bright personality, she supervises and maintains the methodological functioning of the MUN conference with her dedicated and committed team members. As a future cardiologist, she has always based her life decisions along the pathway that would bring comfort and happiness to others, her deep caring personality also helps her maintain harmony within the team, working together towards their goals, and mastering the management of time. As she too was once a nervous first-time delegate, she would like to share that “Remember to enjoy the experience and learn from your flaws”.
Gopika Nambiar
Head of Training
Refreshing and rejuvenating are the spirit of Gopika Gopinathan. Her lovely, empathetic, and aspirational personality gives an array of reasons to treasure her and a confident reason to know that the role that she plays will not only be done well but also gracefully. The comfort and warmth she emits are simply a reflection of the love she has as a person of kindness, making her an ideal Head of Training. Being moved by the impact of MUNs in her life, she wanted to help build onto the platform where she once stood as a delegate. She considers herself a protector and a dreamer, willing to put in the effort to make her dreams a reality.

Tejal Karthikeyan
Head of Research
A true lover of learning and researching, Tejal is passionate and filled with ideas and knows how to take a shot in the different areas of life. Being multifaceted and talented, she shares her passion for dance as well as debating, socializing, and even interests from science to law. Starting up conversations and expanding her understanding of the different realms of knowledge, having the ability to find new solutions and problem solve, she is deeply invested and lives according to the beat of her drum, spreading the warmth from her smile as sweet as can be.

They say that time and money are two of the world’s most treasured possessions and Saanvi Shetty has mastered a monopoly over them both. She serves her role with heart, effort, and dedication, always willing to go the extra mile for a job well done. Passionate for law, she is grateful for MUNs as it gave her an opportunity and a space for her, where she could embrace her extrovertedness and approachable personality alongside harnessing her public speaking skills, engaging in debates, and asserting her opinion through her loud words and clear-cut tone. Smart and quick, proud is the team to have her around.

Confident and she knows it, Ashtamy Sankar is a force to be reckoned with. She is confident, sharp, and skilled, ready to stand firm and make her mark. The ability to cheer up those around her is a gift that resides within her. There is great power in being helpful and kind, something she tries to accomplish in her daily life, of course with music, one of her dearest forms of comfort playing in the background. Being a contributor to this year’s ISBMUN fills her with adrenaline and an inextinguishable excitement and gratefulness that she can give back to what she loves.

Undersecretary of Media and Public Relations
Her light is so bright with a magnetic pull attracting those around her, Elizabeth Thomas Bobby is our admirable and reliable undersecretary of both Media and PR. Her curiosity about the world around her with her critical thinking, unique mindset, and love for socializing, helps her work with anyone. Working with an exceptional skill weighed by dedication helps her carry out the tasks of both publicity and media content. Music and fiction are both dear to her, she believes that there is great power in the representation of different eras of life saying, ‘’ New experiences and challenges, they make you.’’

Mohammed Zain
Undersecretary of Security
Kind, empathetic, and compassionate towards others, Mohammed Zain is committed to his passions and works hard constantly to get where he wants to go. Dedication and discipline are his principles, guiding him to achieve all his goals. He has invested in his journey to improve his leadership, communication, and organizing skills by joining the team. Passionate about boxing, he believes it has molded him to be focused, stronger, and a more resilient individual. His ability to persevere and not give up makes him equipped to succeed in his tasks.

The energy that Lakshmi Sudheer gives off is a product of the bold and straightforward person she is. Her skill to debate and converse with power and pragmatism is an inspiration indeed. Along with her serious side is a person with playfulness and humor well adored. Being immersed in her dedication as a delegate, she wanted to extend her experience and exposure while simultaneously contributing to the team, which she accomplishes with her will to embrace the situations and make the best out of not only the outcome but also the process.

Jumainah Junaid

‘Confidence is the key and it attracts’, something our bold and well-spoken Jumainah Junaid, is an example of. Her love for old music as well as new theories about science and history fascinates her and has molded her with an abundance of ideas and words with which she asserts her presence. She believes that MUN polished her professionalism, coordination, and work style; giving her a platform to display her passion for research and learning. With a heart filled with love and a mind determined to get the job done and done well, she is a person of passion, and virtue and is a blessing indeed.

Diplomatic and multifaceted, Logesh Ravichandran is a prized possession of the admin team indeed. With his academic, athletic, and social skills, he is dedicated to using his time for the prosperity of this year’s conference, the same stage that allowed him to become bolder and better. He has a sincerity and ability that helps build momentum and togetherness with everyone he’s in the presence of. His interactiveness, unique perspective, and humourous entity, added to his hardworking and ‘solve the root of the problem’ spirit make him an asset, unforgettable.

Focused and dedicated is she, the one who thinks outside the box, dwelling with good conversation about ambitions and creativity, Fatima Nalim. She enjoys every opportunity to observe, learn, and research, adding to her natural intellect and efficiency. Her passion deepens for these conferences as, at every MUN, ‘you walk with a new theme and a rhythm, a new experience and it’s always a time for growth.’ Emitting a beam of wisdom and maturity, Fatima is always productive, perfect on deadlines, and easily an inspiration.

Disciplined, honest, and wholesome, is our confident Arun Suresh. Open-minded, friendly, and genuine, he is always ready for a challenge and experience. Through his different passions from debating to dancing, he’s learned a lot about the growth that comes with creativity; he believes that being passionate makes him energetic and brings his dedication to new heights. An adventurer, passionate and dedicated, Aswin Vinod is a treasured member of the team. Fascinated and endearing, he has a lot of hope and optimism and is willing to grow and evolve while making the world a better place. He believes in hard work over smart work, which genuinely wins in the end, and is always ready to help regardless of the circumstances. He considers himself silent in his confidence and a lover of research and increasing his knowledge and experiences.
