The dedication she has to anchor the perfect content to carry dynamic council debates, overflows from within her and washes over her team, leading them to excellence and efficiency, as is her standard. As the backbone of the integral inner workings, she utilises her researching skills and intelligence to fulfil all the branch of discussion desires. With the mind of a philosopher, vibrant and rejuvenating, Fathima's gift of understanding, reasoning and analysing individuals not only makes her a great leader, but a precise one, as her emotional intelligence orchestrates the various variables of a team, always producing prosperity.

Cheerful and merry as can be, is the benevolent Daksh Joshi. With a confident and expressive persona, the interest in MUNs always followed him, simultaneously joined by the fascination of how the ISBMUN proceedings orchestrate itself in practice. Interests such as cricket also taught him about leadership and how when passion and determination align, success will always reveal itself. The ability of being able to stand out and stand alone have equipped him for the role he performs, as he instals the legs and hands of the operation by contacting and coordinating with vendors. Driving on the road to success, Saud Siddique designs his route to hit every goal along the way, ensuring productivity throughout his ride. Genuine and earnest, his character remains constant wherever he goes, always willing to go an extra mile to ensure that he supports his team by performing his tasks to perfection. Understanding the role of a coordinator, he has accelerated his leadership skills and confidence, as he leaves his conversational hesitation in the rear view. With a built in compass for good food, Saud is the perfect Head of Hospitality, and as a perfectionist chef himself, the task remains in trusted hands.

Constantly levelling up, he approaches new challenges with critical thinking, contributing to the efficiency of the administrative processes consistently. Disciplined in his pursuit, he grows more in the field of his passion, media, everyday, and the weight of his efforts could not be appreciated more.

Deriving the perfect designs from an idea of the mind, Alen Abishek Sam is skilled indeed. The multi dynamic Head of Design, with a knack for softwares and a vault of ideas, carries the visual imagery for the ISBMUN conference on his shoulders. Excelling in sports and arts, Alen specialises in an extension of the latter, designing, colouring the portal that aspiring delegates marvel at first, when they are met with the conference. Being in the team has opened his eyes to venture more into teamwork, coordinating and discussing ideas and solutions, for he believes that through counsel, some of the best possibilities reveal themselves.

Graceful and poised is the accomplished Bhadra Sreekumar. Striving and working to soar high, she is multi faceted in the ways one could only aspire to be. Always ready to enrich her skills, she flourishes with insightfulness, blooming always. With the duty of interceding the ISBMUN to the outside world, she facilitates her professionalism, nourishing the confidence and charisma she carries. Her righteousness and the safe space she provides is a testament to her kind character. With an inclination to learn and grow, she acquires the cure to curiosity with every challenge she tackles with her gleeful smile and clear directiveness

In a world of uncertainty, Ashtamy Sankar is direct and precise, exhilarated to work for a job well done. With a love for being iconic, she stands today as the first woman Head of Security in nine years of ISBMUN history. Her presence and heart pours out a passion and dignity so concentrated that those around her are inspired to reach their peak in performance. Leading the security team, her coordination skills and initiative mindset sanction an efficient atmosphere so that this ISBMUN, like all of her past experiences, may be added to the fruitful opportunities that elevated her character and skill.

Colourful is the palette which paints over her portfolio, as Lakshmi Sudheer's lively and multidimensional skills precede all. Her experiences in public speaking and debating were undeniable investments in her character. As she dabbled with the researching aspect of MUNs as a delegate, she was gravitated to earn more knowledge and understanding of the world around her and how it came to be. This along with her social skills and approachable entity, make her the ideal Head of Training. With a discipline taught by dance, she has engulfed the art of multitasking as she juggles her responsibilities while still being an asset to her team.

The gift of speaking flows through Tanmay Rajesh like the lyrics of a beloved song, memorable and comforting with every listen. Wanting to make a difference, his earnestness can be displayed in his efforts as he provides for the team with a passion and curiosity well defined. Grateful for the opportunities MUNs give to timid speakers, he invests his time to research about matters of our own world, and that beyond, giving back to the platform he once stood on as a delegate. Diligent, focused and ready to learn, he is an inspiration to all. Proud is the team for the humble and wise Tanmay Rajesh.

With an expansive view, Florenza Angel Pereira sees things with a story behind it. Observant and detail oriented, she has learned to expand as she writes about the world around her with admirable care. Confident and funny, she displays a readiness to express herself and approach new tasks, showing her optimistic mindset to participate, enrapturing all the opportunities around her. The positivity she radiates supports her team adding to her lovely being and overall performance. She is dedicated, contributing to the team's initiatives with maturity and perfect responsibility. Fascinated in the conference proceedings, she utilises her skills to provide for the sanctuary she treasures, the ISBMUN conference.

Outgoing and excited is the confident Darshana Subrramanian. Appreciative of those around her, she conforms herself to the standards she aspires to reach. Growing in her confidence and public speaking everyday, she moves with a sense of duty and purpose as she carries herself to prosperity and productivity. Curious and expressive, her participation in the ISBMUN gave her the platform to unleash her potentials and possibilities, understanding her strength in matters of diplomacy. From a timid past, she has proved herself to be an example, pushing herself to grow and conquer despite every fear and chance to fall, going from stuttering to strutting. A dreamer and leader experience never goes away.

Expressive in art and presence is the endearing Niharika Sarkar. Compassionate and receptive, her ability to care for those around her, supporting and nurturing, is a warmth that fills the room. Adaptable and ready to learn, she is always on the path to grow. With love for the MUN community, she wishes to contribute to the comfortable environment that new beginners will learn to find their place in. She is kind, soft spoken but strong willed, representing her post well adorned. With a memorable trait as her sense of humour, Niharika brings out smiles as frequently as she can, making her a resident of many hearts

To be considerate and confident simultaneously is a combination many can't harness, but the empathetic Mishka makes sure to hold herself accountable as she works to be a better leader and a better person. Her efforts to commit to her role in dedication, paired with her emotional intelligence make her productive in the many scenarios and challenges that come with leading a team. Her engaging presence silences all else in the mind of the listener and they commit to her sweet sound and elegant mind.

Courteous and kind is our dynamic Rebecca Ann Binu! With a gift for public speaking, her love for MUNs developed as she joined the team to embellish the skills she already possesses to contribute to a subject of adoration to her, the ISBMUN. Her heart full of gratitude and compassion, this role enables her to make the best out of her approachable and non judgemental character. Her humour and lightheartedness livens the atmosphere as her free spirit and comforting aura engage all.The effort and loyalty she heartily puts- going the extra mile to alleviate worry from others makes her all the more loveable.

Ready to find the best from the people around him, Adwait Nair is genuine, loyal and constant through time and tide. Understanding and receptive, the way he emotes, brings a specialty to the already talented lad. His desire to grow and tackle new topics, learning through research, make him an ideal Undersecretary of Research. The intrigue to know more of what happens behind the curtain flourished, as he now resides in its structure, fulfilling his duties with a giggle or two, and a comforting mind. Spontaneous and creative, his hobbies such as photography act as a vivid form of expression for the art within.
